With a passion towards high-quality authentic thai cuisine and expectations for cleanliness, service and decor to enjoy at authentic thai restaurant drove a renowned Thai silk fashion designer, Khanitha Akaranitikul, turned to be a restaurateur to open first and original Baan Khanitha - literally meaning ‘Khanitha’s Home’ on November 4th 1993 in a home on Sukhumvit Soi 23.

 

With a focus on delicate flavor and fresh premium organic ingredients right from our very own Baan Panalai Organic Farm, we grow our own fresh pesticide-free produce to assure not only for cuisine to taste the best but also a healthy meal to enhance holistic health as saying;  “You are what you eat.”

 

This holistic saying led Khanitha, fashion-designer-turned-restaurateur, to establish an in-house organic farm, Baan Panalai, located at the area of Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima province, near the UNESCO World Heritage Site ‘Khao Yai National Park’. Situated within 98-rai enclosed by a central lake and clubhouse with 24-hour security, Baan Panalai Village provided twenty-three 2-4 rai plots available for those looking to natural comfortable living. The ideal climate for growing organic farm, using only natural fertiliser without insecticides or chemicals to make sure all dishes served the very fresh produce at Baan Khanitha’s Organic Thai restaurant. As good nutrition is the foundation for good health, Baan Panalai guarantees truly fresh ingredients and premium quality.
